October is National Craft Making Month!

Craft every day in October! Think NaNaWriMo for crafting.

I created nacramamo on DW, for those of you interested in doing the challenge this
year. I've been part of the nacramamo community on Livejournal since 2008, and I thought that I would import the concept to DW.

It looks like a couple of people in the original LJ community are still interested, so I'll probably be cross posting my challenge progress there. (The DW nacramamo community will not be crossposted.)

Starting tomorrow I won't have internet at home for what's likely at least a year (I'm going on exchange to Japan). No internet = more productive = I'm going to be doing at least a little crafting, but I doubt I can really get online to post about it... I'll join the comm anyway!

Sounds like a great idea - I shall sign up, although I'm not sure I'll manage every day and I doubt I'll get a project finished, but... still I'm going to do more so like Nano that has to be a good thing, right?

Always! Sometimes, I don't finish it during the month, either, but I end up making progress, even if I'm only working on something 10-15 minute a day!
