Cross Stitch Thistle Bookmark

Hello! First time poster so my apologies if I don't do this correctly :)

I finished cross stitching a thistle bookmark!

First Post, Knitting with Scrap Yarn

( I made a pair of slippers out of scrap yarn )

Now if only I had, you know, gotten the pattern centered on that second (left sock) one. At least the first one (right sock) looks less, um, inappropriate compared to how it looked pre-blocking:

Also I had to buy another skein as I ran out on the second sock, so guess I'm going to have find something else to make with this yarn. It's pure evil so I was REALLY hoping I wouldn't have to do that. Oops again?
